Indie Campers is the go-to campervan Marketplace on a mission of making road trips available to everyone. With over one million nights rented, we offer short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales through a digital-first, customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations, guest welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs
• Prepare and clean campervans
• Maintain fleet in top condition and monitor maintenance/repair needs
• Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies

Requirements

• Travel enthusiast with aptitude for direct customer contact
• Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car preferred
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in the USA
• Valid driver's license and confidence driving a campervan
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
