Rental Operations Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end short-term and long-term rental processes
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate rental data, records, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding tenant onboarding and agreements
• Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and contract updates
• Handle compliance audits and ensure regulatory adherence
• Resolve operational issues related to rental processes
• Maintain organized digital and physical documentation systems
• Prepare reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in rental operations, compliance, or property management
• Strong knowledge of documentation and regulatory procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
