About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee heavy equipment operations and mining activities at the Southeast Sulawesi site
- Manage and develop a professional operational team to ensure high performance
- Monitor unit performance and location using GPS/Cartrack or similar monitoring systems
- Ensure efficient management of heavy equipment rental operations
- Maintain high standards of operational safety and integrity in mining activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operations
- Proven understanding of heavy equipment operational management and mining activities
- Proficiency in using unit monitoring systems (GPS/Cartrack)
- Valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work onsite in Southeast Sulawesi
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically within the nickel mining industry
