About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in person and by phone, assess their needs, and advise on equipment selection
  • Register customer orders and establish rental contracts
  • Prepare offers according to the Agency Manager's instructions
  • Prepare and control billing data and perform invoicing
  • Manage sales and replenishment of trading products
  • Plan fleet activity and coordinate equipment deliveries and returns
  • Schedule on-site maintenance and inform the Workshop Manager of repair priorities
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and the smooth operation of agency activities

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in IT tools (internet, email, word processing, spreadsheets, commercial management software)
  • Knowledge of construction equipment (BTP) is appreciated
  • Ability to organize and coordinate rental-related activities
  • Rigorous, organized, and versatile
  • Strong sense of service and team spirit
