About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the switchboard and physical reception of clients
  • Prepare quotes and enter customer orders
  • Manage files, invoicing, and disputes
  • Organize logistics (deliveries, returns) and transport with providers
  • Participate in planning operator interventions
  • Follow up with account clients and conduct prospecting with professional clients
  • Participate in client loyalty through commercial actions with the sales force

Requirements

  • Bac/Bac +2 degree in sales or commerce
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in lifting equipment or public works rental
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Dynamic, reactive, and service-oriented
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
