About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the switchboard and physical reception of clients
- Prepare quotes and enter customer orders
- Manage files, invoicing, and disputes
- Organize logistics (deliveries, returns) and transport with providers
- Participate in planning operator interventions
- Follow up with account clients and conduct prospecting with professional clients
- Participate in client loyalty through commercial actions with the sales force
Requirements
- Bac/Bac +2 degree in sales or commerce
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in lifting equipment or public works rental
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Dynamic, reactive, and service-oriented
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
