About the role
Responsibilities

- Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
- Educate customers on cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share
