Rental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
• Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
• Educate customers on cost-saving and efficiency improvements
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills
