Rental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rental coordination including enquiries, equipment allocation, and scheduling deliveries and pickups
• Administer rental agreements, contracts, amendments, terminations, and rehires
• Coordinate workshop and financial processes including job pack creation and stakeholder meetings
• Support asset and inventory management through equipment tracking, tagging, and allocation
• Provide operational support by reviewing service costs and maintaining accurate system records
• Deliver responsive customer service and resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or tertiary qualification
