Rental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Select and review tenant application files
• Verify the solvency of potential tenants
• Conduct property visits and participate in new home deliveries
• Draft and enter lease agreements
• Create and publish property advertisements on partner websites
• Manage regular phone inquiries and related administrative tasks

Requirements

• BAC+2 degree (e.g., BTS in Real Estate, Negotiation, or Client Relations)
• Previous experience in sales or the real estate sector
• Strong commercial temperament and dynamic personality
• Ability to work on-site in Bayonne for a 1-month summer contract (July 20th to August 31st)
