Rental Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property management activities, including contract administration and tenant support.
• Coordinate onboarding for new customers and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Register new units in the TAMM system and prepare/renew Tawtheeq and Ejari contracts.
• Track weekly renewals, maintain renewal trackers, and communicate key dates to stakeholders.
• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and KPI monthly reports for management.
• Handle contract modifications, including unit updates, area corrections, and term changes.
• Translate and format Musataha contracts into Arabic as required.
• Analyze sales data and tenant performance to assist the Rental Sales Manager.
• Archive all NOC requests, tenancy contracts, and municipality documents in shared drives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in leasing support or document control within the real estate, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws, government systems, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with community stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in document control management (e.g., EDMS certification).
• Experience working on large-scale real estate projects.
