Renovation Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform site assessments to evaluate existing system conditions before renovation projects begin
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to field teams and contractors during renovation work
• Recommend engineering solutions or system upgrades based on site findings
• Enforce safety standards and verify that all field work complies with applicable regulations
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper documentation for all renovation activities
• Identify technical risks and propose effective corrective actions
• Prepare detailed technical reports, site visit summaries, and project progress updates
• Communicate technical challenges, solutions, and timeline adjustments to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vertical transportation, specifically within renovation or modernization project processes
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics
• Experience using field service management systems
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Excel
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in field environments
• Customer-focused mindset
