Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support by managing raw material requirements (MRP) to ensure optimal cost, lead times, and stock levels.
• Manage planning operations by analyzing finished product requirements and launching manufacturing orders.
• Adjust production schedules based on customer priorities, material availability, and production capacity.
• Communicate planning information to key stakeholders, including shipping and order entry departments.
• Ensure operational continuity during staff holiday leave (May to August).
• Act as a replacement for a team member seconded to an ERP implementation project (September to January 2027).

Requirements

• Bac+3/4 or Bac+5 degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in a procurement or planning role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong ability to manage emergencies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Rigorous, curious, and highly adaptable.
