Renewals Specialist

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, influence, and secure critical account renewals while enhancing customer trust.
• Execute all phases of the renewal process, including account reviews, quote creation, and strategic negotiations.
• Partner with internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Legal to develop data-driven strategies.
• Monitor at-risk accounts and develop proactive action plans to minimize churn.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, service management, accounts receivable, or sales.
• Proven success in managing customer relationships and interacting with cross-functional groups or executives.
• Solid fundamental project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience working within an Enterprise software company.
• Experience with software solutions within the construction industry.
• Direct familiarity with Salesforce for order processing, quoting, billing, and contracts.
