Renewals Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end T-120 renewal motion, including plan maintenance and milestone tracking
• Drive operational close for renewals by managing agreements through Ironclad and ensuring data accuracy
• Improve renewal forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to clarify quotes, products, and amounts
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase renewal efficiency and reduce risk
• Act as a billing expert for complex or edge-case customer scenarios

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Renewals Specialist in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to work autonomously and build cross-functional relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of company economics
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence in using AI to expedite operational processes
• Flexibility to travel for customer or team engagement
