About the role
Responsibilities
- Overachieve quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
- Manage annual pipeline by conducting customer experience assessments and health checks
- Proactively engage customers to educate on new features and drive upgrades or new licenses
- Cold call lapsed customers to reactivate support
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales to prepare enterprise renewal agreements
- Negotiate renewal offers at the CxO level
- Provide accurate forecasting and business analysis
- Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalations
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene and records
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals is a plus
- Ability to lead complex customer requests and escalations
- Strong communication and influence skills at all organizational levels, including executives
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- High-energy, motivated self-starter comfortable with high volumes of email and outbound calls
