Renewal Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support residents and community teams during the renewal process by generating renewal offers and creating lease documents
• Manage Notice to Vacate documents and finalize necessary paperwork
• Provide administrative support to community managers by handling resident calls and centralized email inquiries
• Communicate with team members and residents to ensure correct post-move-out processes
• Perform system administration to ensure accurate record keeping and resolve data inaccuracies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (e.g., retail, hospitality)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple software applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in the Denver Tech Center 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management
