Renewal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage all opportunities within an assigned customer portfolio and research account health
• Coordinate with Mid Market and Enterprise CSMs to strategize on renewals and upsells to maximize bookings
• Conduct proactive discovery with customers and handle objections to ensure predictable closing rates
• Negotiate with customers to prevent churn and secure optimal contract terms
• Facilitate the legal process between the company and customer legal teams to revise contract documentation
• Generate pricing quotes and employ pricing strategies that meet company standards
• Manage a 30, 60, and 90-day opportunity pipeline and provide regular forecasts
• Maintain impeccable administration of all opportunities within the company CRM
• Meet and exceed established bookings targets and quotas

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education
• Previous sales or negotiation experience
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport via phone, email, and video conferencing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
