About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of customer renewals for Commercial and SMB markets
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure a professional renewal experience
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to support renewal execution
- Proactively identify risks to renewal success and escalate concerns to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM hygiene
- Support renewal discussions and pricing conversations within established guidelines
- Act as a customer advocate to communicate needs and feedback across internal teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales support
- Experience within enterprise software or SaaS
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage customer data and reporting
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French or German (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in subscription-based businesses or customer lifecycle management
