Renewal Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to drive renewals from outreach through negotiation to close
• Manage a high-volume book of business, exceeding retention and multi-year renewal targets while identifying upsell opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure on-time renewals
• Maintain a 90-day forecast of gross renewal rate, net revenue retention, and risk exposure
• Serve as the voice of the customer to product teams to influence roadmap decisions
• Work with GTM Strategy to refine and scale the renewal motion, including email cadences and reporting dashboards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, quota-carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, or customer success)
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office at least 4 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex renewal processes including multi-threading and ROI analysis
• Experience working in real estate or prop tech
