Renault Trucks Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on selecting suitable trucks and sustainable transport solutions
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and constraints to provide tailored product and service offers
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and develop strategies to pursue them
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (automotive industry experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong solution-oriented and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong planning, organization, and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
