Renal Pathology Fellow

Responsibilities

• Sign out renal biopsy cases including review of clinical history, light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy
• Dictate all components of reports and order appropriate stains or tests
• Participate in daily case review conferences, CPC conferences, and journal clubs
• Engage in research projects for potential publication or presentation at major meetings like USCAP
• Maintain professional conduct in compliance with CLIA and CAP requirements

Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
• Successful completion of all USMLE steps
• Enrolled in or completed a pathology residency (AP or AP/CP)
• Eligible for medical license in the State of Arkansas
• Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Pathology
