About the role
Responsibilities
- Sign out renal biopsy cases including review of clinical history, light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy
- Dictate all components of reports and order appropriate stains or tests
- Participate in daily case review conferences, CPC conferences, and journal clubs
- Engage in research projects for potential publication or presentation at major meetings like USCAP
- Maintain professional conduct in compliance with CLIA and CAP requirements
Requirements
- M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
- Successful completion of all USMLE steps
- Enrolled in or completed a pathology residency (AP or AP/CP)
- Eligible for medical license in the State of Arkansas
- Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Pathology
