Renal Clinic Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive management of the IPS, ensuring the achievement of operational, clinical, financial, and commercial objectives.
• Guarantee compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards for clinic operations.
• Manage human, physical, technological, and financial resources to ensure efficient and safe healthcare service delivery.
• Oversee the generation and quality of operational, clinical, and financial information to support decision-making.
• Control inventories, assets, supplies, and medications assigned to the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes to maintain financial sustainability.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, insurers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and execute continuous improvement plans to strengthen institutional results.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least two (2) years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience leading teams in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial P&L (Profit and Loss) management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Health professional degree.
• Specialization in healthcare administration or a related field.
