About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact technical support to users via telephone and web channels
- Resolve technical incidents following established procedures and protocols
- Manage and document user issues through ticket management systems
- Perform troubleshooting using remote access systems and diagnostic tools
- Ensure clear communication and high-quality user service during every interaction
Requirements
- Conversational English proficiency (Mandatory)
- Technical degree in IT, Systems, or a related field
- Experience in Help Desk or technical support roles
- Knowledge of Windows environments and email systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar ticket management methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
