About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-contact technical support to users via telephone and web channels
  • Resolve technical incidents following established procedures and protocols
  • Manage and document user issues through ticket management systems
  • Perform troubleshooting using remote access systems and diagnostic tools
  • Ensure clear communication and high-quality user service during every interaction

Requirements

  • Conversational English proficiency (Mandatory)
  • Technical degree in IT, Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in Help Desk or technical support roles
  • Knowledge of Windows environments and email systems
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or similar ticket management methodologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
