Remarketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and administrative support related to the remarketing of vehicle returns.
• Communicate effectively with outside vendors, auto dealerships, and financial institutions to handle routine requests.
• Perform data entry, inventory audits, and reconciliations to ensure alignment between vendor and Ally systems.
• Support quality, control, and compliance programs through ongoing self-assessment processes.
• Problem-solve issues affecting departmental operations and recommend solutions for Remarketing cases.
• Manage case volume according to communicated metric performance standards.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to Senior Associates or Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for handling inquiries and providing information.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets.
• Ability to use judgment to apply guidelines or policies to specific situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
