About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end B2B sales process for used vehicles to maximize volume, margin, and market penetration
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealer partners to drive sustained growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers, building trust-based relationships through consistent communication
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive vehicle pricing alignment
  • Proactively identify and address challenges within the remarketing process, including inventory management and buyer concerns

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis to shape pricing and sales strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and inventory management
