Reltio Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies
• Configure L3 Configuration, Entity Data Modeling, and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing
• Develop Java-based custom logic and services to support Reltio integrations and extensions
• Implement and manage match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creation
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches
• Work with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) for data ingestion and distribution
• Develop and enforce data quality rules, validation, and enrichment processes
• Support data governance and stewardship workflows, including DCR lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
• Strong hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform
• Deep expertise in Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling
• Strong programming skills in Java and proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Python for data processing and automation
• Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture
• Domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including HCP/HCO mastering and affiliations
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations
• Experience with PySpark, Databricks, and large-scale data processing
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, and Glue
• Reltio MDM, AWS, or Data Engineering certifications
• Exposure to GenAI and AI-driven data use cases
