Relocation Search Specialist

Responsibilities

• Use a shared database to secure housing options for customers
• Contact potential property owners and negotiate short-term leases
• Assess the needs of policyholders to facilitate efficient search practices
• Utilize online search engines and tools to assist with the property search process
• Obtain and communicate accurate property details to teammates and insurance carriers
• Maintain monthly tracking spreadsheets and update the shared database daily
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the property sourcing process

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Experience working with databases
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
