Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees by understanding their unique needs and concerns
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture
• Conduct in-depth housing and school research including rental market trends and school ratings
• Assist with essential services such as DMV registration and banking setup
• Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities
• Coordinate and lead area tours in person or virtually
• Facilitate ongoing communication via phone, email, video calls, or in-person meetings
• Manage multiple relocations simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
• Handle administrative tasks including updating client records and documenting interactions

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the United States
• At least 5 years of residency in San Francisco with extensive local knowledge
• Ownership of a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to dedicate at least 20 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems
• Possession of a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate's degree
• Prior personal relocation or moving assistance experience
