Relief Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily life based on individual needs and implementation plans
• Offer pedagogical, social, and communicative support
• Handle documentation and certain nursing tasks
• Implement motivating measures to create a secure and independent everyday life
• Work with a professional, salutogenic, and low-affective approach

Requirements

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation
• Experience or knowledge of the LSS target group
• High school education (e.g., Child and Leisure or Care and Nursing programs) or relevant post-secondary education (e.g., support pedagogue, social pedagogue)
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in psychiatry
• Experience with AKK (Alternative and Augmentative Communication)
• Experience with low-affective approach
