Relief Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, control, adjust, and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor and record machine parameters and production process data, focusing on quality, scrap reduction, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine downtime, repair faults, and propose corrective measures to improve production and maintenance processes.
• Participate in regular and extraordinary machine overhauls and maintenance activities.
• Report work progress, interventions, and production changes to supervisors and incoming teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the implementation of Lean standards and participate in continuous improvement (Business Excellence) projects.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary vocational education in a mechanical or electrical field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the English language.
