Relief Counselor

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tasks of daily living including personal care, meals, and ambulation
• Ensure a safe living environment by providing interventions and assistance
• Support clients in integrating into their communities using local resources
• Assist clients with medical and physical needs
• Help clients participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain community connections

Requirements

• Experience working with adults with cognitive, behavioral, or developmental issues
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Ability to drive a residence van
• Must maintain a personally owned vehicle
• Flexibility to work in Braintree and Stoughton

Preferred Qualifications

• Medication Administration certification
