Relic Manufacturing Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan relic cutting workload weekly to ensure on-time delivery
• Hire and train new employees on end-to-end relic manufacturing stages
• Ensure cutting targets and due dates are met in coordination with assessment teams
• Collaborate with partners on relic due dates and identify root causes for delays
• Accurately log hours in Airtable to track cutting, assessing, and staging
• Assist in implementing best practices for new PLM systems as a Subject Matter Expert
• Uphold security measures to ensure relics remain secure
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Based in Dallas or Sunnyvale, TX
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• 1 year of Project Management experience
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Experience with Airtable or Oracle EBS
• Prior experience with fabrics
• Experience with CNC machines, die, or press cutters
