Reliability Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance assessments, performance studies, and reliability engineering action plans
• Manage pre-engineering activities, startups, shutdowns, and overhauls
• Perform installation and online monitoring of field instrumentation and process performance
• Implement new maintenance and performance tools
• Support instrumentation and automation requirements within maintenance contracts
• Collaborate with Pulp & Paper division engineers and customer teams
• Provide high-quality reporting and technical presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper industry
• Proficiency with the SAP PM module
• Physical capability to perform field inspections within Pulp and Paper mills
• Ability to travel up to 50% within North America
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, planning, or reliability engineering
• Strong background in the Pulp and Paper industry
