About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor reliability test systems and environmental chambers
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and calibration on ovens and equipment
- Support burn-in operations, including board setup, troubleshooting, and basic repair
- Collect and compile test data for analysis and reporting
- Perform manual and automated reliability testing, including device loading and unloading
- Use microscopes and basic lab tools for inspection and testing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized 6S work environment
- Work closely with other shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on daily goals
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in electronics, electrical technology, mechatronics, mechanical technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience)
- 1-3 years of relevant technician, lab, manufacturing, or test experience
- Basic understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, or test equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and document work clearly
- Ability to work in an ESD-safe environment and follow strict safety procedures
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to reliability testing, environmental stress testing, or lab operations
- Experience with soldering and de-soldering electronic components
- Familiarity with C-SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) or ultrasound-based inspection
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or quality-driven environment
