Reliability Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term asset health by coordinating maintenance planning, reliability activities, and daily execution
• Provide direct leadership to Maintenance & Building Planners and guide maintenance technicians
• Increase equipment efficiency and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root-cause analysis on chronic issues and implement sustainable countermeasures
• Support the development of reliability-centered maintenance strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Operations, and vendors/OEMs to plan and document machine enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal safety and quality audits

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or coordinator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience using a CMMS system
• Experience with Controls/Automation (strong preference for Allen Bradley)
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across a 24/7 shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
• Experience within the food manufacturing industry
