About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term asset health by coordinating maintenance planning, reliability activities, and daily execution
- Provide direct leadership to Maintenance & Building Planners and guide maintenance technicians
- Increase equipment efficiency and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct root-cause analysis on chronic issues and implement sustainable countermeasures
- Support the development of reliability-centered maintenance strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with Supervisors, Operations, and vendors/OEMs to plan and document machine enhancements
- Ensure compliance with internal safety and quality audits
Requirements
- 2-year technical degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or coordinator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience using a CMMS system
- Experience with Controls/Automation (strong preference for Allen Bradley)
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across a 24/7 shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Experience within the food manufacturing industry
