Reliability Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the reliability engineering team to ensure optimal product performance
• Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze product failure data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Conduct rigorous reliability testing and analysis to validate product performance under various conditions
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders
• Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques
• Proven experience with reliability testing and analysis methods
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous professional development
