Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, predictive, and proactive maintenance services to strategic customers to meet agreed KPIs.
• Perform remote monitoring, vibration analysis, and periodic report writing within expected timeframes.
• Create and maintain client databases, hierarchies, thresholds, and attributes.
• Manage time utilization and ensure accurate, timely recording of activities in the system.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Predictive/Proactive Maintenance, Asset Management, or Condition Monitoring.
• ISO or ASNT Level III Certification in Vibration Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of industrial rotating equipment and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently in a self-supervising environment and travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior shop floor experience in maintenance, including visual inspection and lubrication practices.
• Experience with cloud-based or remote monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience in training delivery.
• Knowledge of SKF products and services.
