Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications and conceptual engineering for the Omnivise Asset Management system.
• Present the Omnivise Asset Management system to potential customers and participate in solution consulting workshops.
• Set up project execution schedules and implement systems in accordance with ISO 55001 standards.
• Analyze existing plant maintenance strategies and adapt statistical asset models to customer environments.
• Map existing documentation (P&IDs, DCS catalogues) to asset model templates and acquire engineering data from DCS or historians.
• Configure asset performance management calculations and define/implement Asset Health Indices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or operations within power plants or oil and gas facilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategy development, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance principles.
• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), data historians, and IT systems like CMMS.
• Basic software engineering skills including SQL and Git.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel 10-20%.
