Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute predictive maintenance and reliability activities for rotating equipment
• Perform condition monitoring, including temperature, vibration, and lubricant levels
• Collect, identify, and preserve oil and grease samples for laboratory analysis
• Execute field services such as oil/grease changes, filter replacements, and component inspections
• Manage lubricant inventory and storage
• Provide technical feedback and onsite advisory to clients regarding equipment status
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures in lubricated systems
• Prepare technical inspection reports documenting findings and recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability and predictive maintenance
• Valid certification as MLA II/III (Machinery Lubrication Analyst) or MLE (Machinery Lubrication Engineer)
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Proficiency in ISO 4406 and API standards related to lubrication
• Ability to interpret laboratory reports and technical manuals
• Experience with CMMS, SAP PM, or TracOs software
• Fluency in Spanish and English
