Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Enhance reliability, safety, and operational performance of F100 and E190 fleet
• Use operational and maintenance data to identify trends and solve complex engineering challenges
• Manage the Reliability Program and Approved Maintenance Program (AMP)
• Develop reliability strategies and support maintenance decisions
• Implement improvements to minimize disruptions and optimize operating costs
• Deliver data-driven insights and participate in Reliability Review Board activities

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance, airworthiness, or technical environments
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with technical data, reporting, and analytics tools
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification, Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar technologies
