About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate reliability analyses, including FMEA, RCA, and RCFA, and define necessary technical action plans
- Analyze equipment failure data and prepare reports to support maintenance strategy development and failure prevention
- Optimize the maintenance mix and develop preventive programs using reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR
- Provide engineering support for investment and modification projects to ensure reliability and availability throughout the equipment lifecycle
- Participate in the development of condition monitoring systems and technical standards
- Support the technical compliance of suppliers and contractors
Requirements
- Higher education degree in an engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil, gas, or heavy industry maintenance/reliability
- Proficiency in FMEA, RCA, and RCFA methodologies
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in SAP-PM, SAP-PS, and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
- Category B driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a refinery or petrochemical environment
- Proven track record in reliability improvement projects or large-scale corporate maintenance systems
- Experience working within an international corporate environment
