Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical PM, Predictive Maintenance, and Condition-Based Maintenance programs
• Manage the overall Electrical Safety and Electrical Maintenance programs
• Assist with incident reports, failure analysis bulletins, and Taproot investigations
• Support critical equipment procurement, management, and SAP asset management
• Advise the team on equipment repair versus replacement and provide cost/schedule estimates
• Provide field construction guidance for maintenance and expansion projects
• Evaluate and communicate the likelihood of equipment failure and repair timeframes
• Support project planning, including decommissioning and commissioning of electrical systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience
• 3+ years of experience in pipeline operations, engineering, or maintenance
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B
• Experience with protective relay installation and programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ETAP
• Hands-on experience with PDMA motor analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
