Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset performance and reliability to identify potential failure modes and improvement opportunities
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and develop corrective and preventive actions
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) strategies and plans
• Utilize reliability tools and methodologies such as FMEA, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring
• Manage the spare parts lifecycle, including specification, procurement planning, inventory control, and cost management
• Prepare performance reports regarding reliability, maintenance, and spare parts for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate resources and budgeting for maintenance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering field
• 2-3 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related role
• Hands-on experience in root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and failure investigation
• Solid knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset-intensive, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring tools
• Experience in Maintenance Planning & Scheduling processes
• Certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management
