Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build weekly maintenance plans aligned to site priorities, accounting for operational constraints and resource availability.
• Follow up on both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to ensure actions are captured, prioritized, and completed.
• Conduct equipment criticality reviews and assess maintenance programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for site equipment to support effective planning and spares availability.
• Maximize adherence to maintenance schedules and drive timely close-out of defects to reduce repeat failures and unplanned downtime.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams.
