About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability of facilities, equipment, utilities, processes, and systems at the Terre Haute plant
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies for critical equipment using maintenance best practices and KPIs
  • Create and maintain asset maintenance plans and Mechanical Integrity programs
  • Investigate equipment failures and 'bad actors' to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules and monitor their effectiveness
  • Champion safety principles, job planning, and process safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with facilities maintenance and operations teams to drive performance
  • Provide technical and operational support regarding plant equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a technical field
  • 3-5 years of chemical/food processing or manufacturing experience
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Experience with PSM/RMP or Calarp methodology
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong data manipulation and dashboard building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Delta-V PI historian software
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
