About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support between Production, Engineering, Projects, and Maintenance to enhance equipment design and reliability
- Optimize asset management processes using proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
- Define and implement recommendations for the reliability of equipment, processes, utilities, and safety systems
- Gather and analyze data concerning Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Inspectability (RAMI) specifications
- Perform Equipment Failure Mode Identification and Root Cause Failure Analysis
- Develop and monitor Asset Management Plans for structures, systems, and components
- Deploy condition-based and predictive maintenance methodologies
- Complete RAMI and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses, including MTBF and MTTR calculations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABET-accredited Engineering
- 5+ years of direct experience in a related field
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued Q clearance
