About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform reliability analyses on satellite systems
- Work with the reliability design team to analyze flight hardware
- Support DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) efforts
- Write code to help evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in electrical or computer engineering (or equivalent technical degree)
- Interest in learning about, designing, and working with power electronics systems
- Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch
- Passion for hardware development and working in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with standard EE lab bench equipment (power supply, oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)
- Experience with SPICE-based simulators (LTSpice, PSPICE, ADS, etc.)
- Experience with agentic AI systems
