Reliability and Connected Aircraft Engineer

Responsibilities

• Utilise MSG-3 knowledge to provide recommendations on maintenance program improvements
• Coordinate feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders to benchmark fleet performance
• Create strategic data analysis packs for Senior Management to optimize the AMP and off-wing maintenance
• Coordinate reporting to OEMs for connected aircraft systems including ViaSat and A220 Health Management Unit
• Administer systems for creation and modification of User Modifiable and User Certifiable Software
• Review OEM service literature for incorporation into the NJS fleet and Approved Maintenance Program
• Attend Reliability Review Board meetings and action allocated tasks
• Carry out special projects related to enhancing fleet technical status

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft engineering or reliability roles
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
• Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance and MSG-3 methodologies
• Experience with Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation P42 and regulatory frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple activities and complexity
