Reliability Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft and component-level reliability analysis using maintenance, failure, and sustainment data
• Apply reliability methods and statistical techniques to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support the use of reliability and maintenance analysis software to document and communicate results
• Assist in the development of technical reports, briefings, and presentations for government and contractor stakeholders
• Conduct basic statistical and cost analysis to support sustainment and maintenance decisions
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in working groups related to reliability and sustainment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three years of experience in military aircraft maintenance and reliability, or data analysis
• Seven years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and similar database, analysis, or reporting software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of military aircraft, aircraft systems, support equipment, and trend/reliability analysis
• Proficiency in using Military (Air Force) technical manuals, supply systems, and maintenance policies
• Experience in technical report writing, editing, and briefing material preparation
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities with minimal supervision
