Release/Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage application release and deployment activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Customer Onboarding, Leads, and Lending.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application deployments across various environments.
• Support release management processes and deployment governance.
• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful releases.
• Perform deployment validations and post-release verification activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and change records.
• Support environment management and application configuration activities.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with release standards and deployment best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Engineering, DevOps, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Proven experience managing application releases and deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Onboarding, Leads, or Lending modules) or DevOps deployment experience.
• Proficiency working with Microsoft platforms and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with change management and release governance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency at a C1 Advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline management.
