Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the annual production release calendar
• Manage environment mapping and release governance rules
• Coordinate production deployments (MEP) across the entire scope
• Organize and lead Go/No-Go committees
• Identify, anticipate, and manage deployment risks
• Promote Release Management best practices and conduct post-mortem analyses
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of deployment processes

Requirements

• Significant experience in Release Management, Service Delivery, or IT project management
• Strong mastery of production deployment processes and environment management
• Experience in Agile at scale (SAFe, Release Train, Program Management) is appreciated
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead governance meetings
• Strong organizational, anticipation, and risk management skills
